By accessing and using Elevate AI's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI automation services, website, and any related software or applications.
AI Automation Services
Elevate AI provides custom AI development, automation solutions, and ongoing support services to businesses seeking to optimize their operations through artificial intelligence technologies.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights of Elevate AI and third parties
Elevate AI Property
All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided by Elevate AI remain our exclusive property. This includes but is not limited to AI models, automation frameworks, and proprietary methodologies.
Client Data
You retain ownership of your business data and information. We only use your data to provide the agreed-upon services and will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Billing & Payment
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 60 days. Service restoration requires payment of all outstanding amounts plus any applicable fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Data loss or corruption not caused by our negligence
- • Business interruption or system downtime
- • Third-party claims or damages
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
Your Obligations:
- • Pay all outstanding fees
- • Return any proprietary materials
- • Cease use of our services
Our Obligations:
- • Provide final service deliverables
- • Return your confidential data
- • Honor any ongoing support commitments
