01 / The challenge

Start with the business problem.

For a small videography business, campaign activity is only useful if it creates conversations worth pursuing. Contact volumes and replies are useful measures, but they are not the same as a production brief, a booked project or revenue.

This campaign used email and LinkedIn to start conversations about potential production work, with results tracked beyond messages sent.

02 / Our approach

Make each step count.

  1. 01

    Manage outreach across two channels

Elevate AI ran a managed email and LinkedIn outreach campaign for the business, bringing both channels into its prospecting activity.

  2. 02

    Keep campaign activity visible

A combined campaign-results view recorded contacts reached and people replying, providing a basis for assessing the response.

  3. 03

    Separate replies from meetings

The results distinguish everyone who replied from the conversations that progressed to a booked meeting. A reply alone was not counted as a meeting.

  4. 04

Keep the sales conversation with the business

This was a managed prospecting service, not a package of guaranteed appointments. Interested conversations were a starting point for the business to discuss potential work.

03 / What changed

From 925 contacts to 14 booked meetings.

Over a two-week campaign period, 925 contacts were reached and 34 people replied across email and LinkedIn. That represents a combined reply rate of approximately 3.7%.

The campaign led to 14 booked meetings. In this case study, an opportunity means a meeting booked—not necessarily a meeting attended, a confirmed production booking or won revenue.

The result is a concrete example of outreach progressing beyond replies into scheduled conversations. It does not establish that every reply was positive or promise the same outcome for another business.

What this demonstrates

The figures cover one two-week campaign period and combine email and LinkedIn activity; they do not measure email deliverability alone. Meetings booked are distinct from completed projects and sales. Results depend on the audience, offer, messaging and handling of the resulting conversations. The business remains anonymous.
