Studio Flooring / AI Consulting

Putting follow-ups and briefings
in one place for Studio Flooring

Elevate AI completed AI Consulting discovery and Phase 1 implementation for Studio Flooring, a Solihull flooring supplier and installer. The work produced a confirmation-first AI operations assistant that reads HubSpot, Jobber and Outlook, sends daily team briefings on quotes, deposits, orders and installs, and only updates live records after a person confirms. Opportunity and savings figures are not claimed here as measured results after go-live.

01 / The challenge

Start with the business problem.

Studio Flooring is a UK flooring business based in Solihull. Day-to-day work covers domestic and commercial supply and installation, with quotes, deposits, material orders, job sheets and installs moving between the shop floor and the field.

Before Elevate's build, sales follow-up and job admin sat across HubSpot (being adopted to replace spreadsheets), Jobber for scheduling, and email. Quotes could sit without a chase. Accepted work still needed deposits, orders and job sheets. The question was practical: give Jake Mitchell and the team a single place to see what needed doing each morning, without letting an AI change HubSpot or Jobber on its own.

02 / Our approach

Make each step count.

  1. 01

    Follow the actual work

On 20 May 2026 Elevate and Studio Flooring walked through HubSpot deal stages, Jobber scheduling and the gap between systems. The client had already spent about 14 hours configuring HubSpot over a weekend, covering follow-ups, quotes, deposits, orders, installations and invoicing. The practical need was a conversational assistant that could brief the team and propose updates without replacing human judgment.

  2. 02

    Agree the operating rules

Elevate proposed a Phase 1 AI receptionist and operations assistant on 26 May 2026: daily morning briefings, quotes needing a chase, accepted quotes needing deposits, Jobber installs, and email context. A process questionnaire on 23 to 24 June locked the rules with Jake Mitchell. Examples include chasing a quote after three days with no update, moving accepted work toward a deposit invoice or booking, and briefing content that differs for sales and for shop and admin work.

  3. 03

    Build confirmation-first, not autopilot

Phase 1 was scoped as read-only and confirmation-first. The assistant can summarise information and suggest actions. It does not make important HubSpot changes until a person confirms. For example, if someone messages that a customer has accepted a quote, the assistant finds the deal, proposes the stage move and any task, and waits for approval before writing.

  4. 04

Connect HubSpot, Jobber and mail safely

Setup began after payment confirmation on 10 June 2026. Elevate connected HubSpot, Jobber and Outlook mail, with messaging for approved users on Telegram. Studio Flooring owns the business accounts and data. Larger automations, such as sending invoices or reconciling payments, were left for separately scoped work.

03 / What changed

Phase 1 live. Later automation still a choice.

By late June 2026 working sessions covered HubSpot and Jobber refinement, bot reminder design and clearer task ownership. The assistant is now live and in daily use: the Studio Flooring team gets daily lists of what needs doing through Telegram and sends updates back through the day. Elevate continues to refine it as the team uses it, with human approval kept before any important CRM change.

No measured savings or recovered revenue is claimed on this page. The consulting and build deliverable is the confirmation-first operations assistant and the operating rules around it, not a claim that every quote was chased or that savings were already measured.

What this demonstrates

This story covers completed AI Consulting discovery plus Phase 1 operations-assistant delivery with human review retained. It does not establish audited post-implementation savings, recovered pipeline value or guaranteed results for another flooring business. Later phases would depend on scope, adoption and review.
