01 / The challenge
Start with the business problem.
An international B2B supplier had thousands of prospect records, but useful companies sat alongside weak-fit entries and contact details that did not consistently match the company named in the same row.
The first task was to decide which records were credible enough for outreach, which needed further evidence and which should remain outside a campaign.
02 / Our approach
Make each step count.
- 01
Score the raw data
Review records against the agreed market, geography, company type and commercial fit.
- 02
Apply a quality gate
Flag mismatched email and company domains before misassigned records reach a campaign.
- 03
Check company evidence
Review company websites where supplied data is too weak for a confident decision. The second review covered 1,094 websites.
- 04
Keep a review route
Route stronger records towards controlled outreach and retain uncertain cases for a human decision.
03 / What changed
600 records recovered. Uncertain cases kept in review.
The first review produced an expanded pool of 838 clean A and B priority records, including an initial campaign list of 265 priority leads after mismatch removal.
Website research recovered 600 prospect records from the initially rejected group: 192 were graded A, 354 B and 54 C. Recovery meant a record could be reconsidered and prioritised; it did not mean every contact was ready for a campaign or interested in buying.
A further 367 uncertain records remained in manual review. The client received a repeatable route from raw data to prioritised outreach, with company evidence and a review path for records that could not be confidently classified.
What this demonstrates
These figures describe the data review completed in June 2026, not current campaign totals. Recovered records are potential prospects—not enquiries, meetings or sales. No time-saving or revenue uplift is claimed. The client remains anonymous.
